• North West entrepreneur shortlisted for national award

    NORTH WEST entrepreneur Henna Riaz has been shortlisted for a national business award.

    Ex-media lawyer Henna Riaz, founder of international royalty auditing business 360 Audit and business management company HRR Entertainment, has been shortlisted in the hotly contested businesswoman of the year category at the English Asian Business Awards.

    The fifth annual English Asian Business Awards commend professionals and businesses from the British Asian community at the forefront of their industries. The awards receive thousands of nominations from all over the country.

  • 360 Audit strengthens team with Global Head of Audit

    INTERNATIONAL royalty auditing business, 360 Audit has recruited Philia Riaz as Global Head of Audit.

    360 Audit carries out royalty audit programmes across the UK, Europe, Australia, USA, Latin America and South East Asia. Philia joins the Daresbury headquartered business following senior auditing roles at PwC, Arup and Grant Thornton. She will be responsible for overseeing overseas audits.

    360 Audit is headed up by Henna Riaz who recently bought out her co-partners to take full ownership of the business.  The business has secured contracts with high profile brands including Nickelodeon, WWE, Michelin Tyres and more recently, Jamie Oliver and Gary Barlow.

    North West entrepreneur and Businesswoman of the Year 2015, Henna Riaz has bought out her co-partners to take full ownership of international royalty auditing business, 360 Audit. Henna has taken 100 per cent ownership after buying out Tommy Schweiger and equity finance firm Dow Schofield Watts, who jointly owned 45 per cent of the business. 360 Audit, which was established in 2010, employs nine staff and boasts a client base of household names including Nickelodeon, CNN Turner, Jamie Oliver, Michelin Tyres, Gary Barlow and Liverpool Football Club.   • Henna speaks at prestigious business event

    Our managing partner Henna Riaz was delighted to be asked to speak at a prestigious event organised by the British Pakistan Foundation.   The Foundation is a not for profit, community driven organisation dedicated to the empowerment and development of the British Pakistani diaspora. 

    The event, at The Ritz in London, brought together 150 city professionals, for an event on entrepreneurships, Networking and Business Pitching. 

    Henna spoke to attendees about her experience and career to date and how she has grown 360 Audit from a standing start, into the international success it is today.

    Manchester-based royalty auditing firm 360 Audit is poised to exploit international growth opportunities following a strong year.

    In the past 12 months the business has secured contracts with a number of high-profile brands including WWE, Michelin Tyres, The Jim Henson Company and Global Merchandising Services, and more recently, Jamie Oliver and Gary Barlow.

    Throughout 2014 alone the business recovered in excess of £3m in underpaid royalties for some of the biggest brands in the world. 50% of 360 Audit’s 2014 revenue came from audits conducted outside of the UK, with Latin America, South Africa, North America and Australia being hot spots.

  • North West MD scoops Businesswoman of the Year Award

    A North West woman has been named Businesswoman of the Year at a national award ceremony celebrating diversity.

    Henna Riaz, managing director of 360 Audit, scooped the prestigious award at the hotly contested British Muslim Awards.  

    Henna, ex-media lawyer, has taken the Warrington based royalty auditing business from strength to strength since inception five years ago, securing lucrative contracts with some of the world’s biggest licensors including Liverpool FC, BBC Worldwide, Nickelodeon, Turner and E1 Entertainment.  

    Last year alone, her business recovered more than £3bn in underpaid royalties.
